Managing your subscription is easy. Visit your Subscription page and follow the steps below.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Visit your Subscription page and click on “Cancel plan”. This will ask you for some quick feedback and allow you to easily cancel from within the app.

Refund Policy

To request a refund, you must first cancel your subscription. Visit “How do I cancel my subscription” section above.
Subscriptions can be canceled at any time by the user. Rosebud does not automatically cancel or refund subscriptions due to non-usage, as it is the user's responsibility to manage their active subscriptions.
If you have canceled your subscription and would like to request a refund for your most recent billing cycle, please email support@rosebud.app. Refunds should be requested in a timely manner based upon your subscription type:
Monthly Subscriptions:
  • The refund request is before the end of the current billing cycle
Yearly Subscriptions:
  • The refund request is made within 30 days of the start or renewal of the subscription.
If the above conditions are met, Rosebud will issue a full refund for the current billing period.
Please note that refunds will only be issued for the most recently billed subscription period. Refunds will not be provided for any previous billing periods.
