iOS & Android Subscriptions

We would love to help, but unfortunately, we do not manage App Store or Play Store subscriptions directly and therefore cannot handle refunds for them.
These are processed and managed entirely through Apple's App Store or Google Play Store, depending on where you originally signed up for the subscription.

Apple App Store

If you subscribed to Rosebud from your iPhone app, please follow this guide to Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple

Google Play Store

If you subscribed to Rosebud from your Android app, here’s where you can Learn about refunds on Google Play.

Web Subscription

To request a refund, you must first cancel your subscription. Learn more: BillingBilling
If you have canceled your subscription and would like to request a refund for your most recent billing cycle, please email support@rosebud.app. Refunds should be requested in a timely manner based on your subscription type:
Monthly Subscriptions:
  • The refund request is before the end of the current billing cycle
Yearly Subscriptions:
  • The refund request is made within 30 days of the start or renewal of the subscription.
If the above conditions are met, Rosebud will issue a full refund for the current billing period.
Please note that refunds will only be issued for the most recently billed subscription period. Refunds will not be provided for any previous billing periods.
