- Using a VPN can interfere and block certain network requests
- Ad blocker software, like Brave Shield, can interfere with network requests
- You may have a poor network connection, check your network and try again
- Make sure that you’re entering the correct email
- Search your inbox from an email from Rosebud
- Try resetting your password
